Kushi oysters, served raw with Champagne grapefruit granita

Blood orange, endive and frisée salad, goat cheese, spiced cashews and tangerine vinaigrette

Foie gras torchon with crispy chicken skin, hazelnuts and caramelized apple ($10 supplement)

Alaskan spot prawn fondue with Meyer lemon butter, chives and toast ($10 supplement) 

 

Second Course 

Creamy cauliflower soup with sea scallop, capers and Vadouvan curry

Yellowtail crudo with preserved lemon, fennel, green olive and fennel pollen

or

Burrata with roasted sunchokes, black truffle and olive oil croutons

 

Third Course

Semolina gnocchi with porcini cream, wild mushrooms and Parmigiano Reggianno

Madhatcher poussin with wild rice, chestnuts, apple and black truffle jus

Wagyu hanger steak with roasted fingerling potatoes, Brussels sprouts and black peppercorn sauce
