Valentine's Day Dinner

VALENTINE'S DINNER

Seating from 5:00 pm til 8:30pm
$130 per person; $70 optional wine pairing

Join us for a luxurious four course dinner in celebration of St. Valentine. Gather friends or reserve a table for two to enjoy this special meal. Reservations are required; Lark's regular menu will not be available.

 

First Course

Kusshi Oysters served raw with cucumber, jalapeno, and ponzu

Or

Blood Orange, Watercress and Frisée salad with pistachios and tangerine vinaigrette 

Or 

Vadouvan Curry Cauliflower Soup with brown butter and sunflower quinoa crunch

Or 

Seared Foie Gras with wild huckleberry, duck fat financiers, and caramelized onion jus ($10 supplement)

 

Second Course 

Yellowtail Crudo with Hosui pear, Marcona almond, scallion, and smoked salt

Or

Burrata with a charred crouton, caramelized shallot butter, and flat leaf parsley (add Paddlefish Caviar/$10 supplement)

Or

Grilled Octopus Tostada with mole sauce, spicy pepitas, avocado, and cilantro

 

 

Third Course

Spinach Bucatini with black truffle ricotta, winter squash, and Parmigiano-Reggiano

Or

California Halibut with lemon artichoke risotto and roasted maitake mushrooms

Or

Wagyu Hanger Steak with pommes de terre “Robuchon”, grilled broccolini, and black peppercorn sauce (add a slice of seared foie gras/$10 supplement)

 

Dessert

Passion Fruit Sorbet with coconut tapioca, pink grapefruit, and toasted coconut 

Or 

Pineapple Tarte Tatin with rum caramel, macadamia crumble, and vanilla bean ice cream 

Or

Theo Chocolate Panna Cotta with white chocolate bark, toasted marshmallow, and salted peanuts
