Valentine’s Day Dinner

$120 per person, with $55 for wine pairing. Tax and gratuity additional


First Course, choice of:

Kusshi oysters, pink peppercorn granita, tender herbs

Scallop tostada, leche del tigre, avocado, cilantro

Raclette tartine, wilted spinach, radish, pickled onions, pesto



Second Course, choice of:

Egg yolk risotto, 63 degree egg, Dungeness crab, shaved apple, Parmigiano

Caramelized onion soup, farro toast, black trumpet jam, gruyere espuma, bone marrow

Burrata, pear, saba, bitter greens, olive oil croutons, salted walnuts

Foie gras pave, huckleberry jam, peanut butter snow, brioche ($10 supplement)



Third Course, choice of:

John Dory, black garlic tahini, brown butter fingerling potatoes, preserved lemon, romanesco

Lamb chops, sunchoke puree, shallot agrodolce, crispy Brussels sprouts,  red wine sauce

(Substitute Snake River Ranch Wagyu Zabuton steak $10)

Chevre and wild mushroom cannelonni,  root vegetables, sofrito, garlic chips



Dessert, choice of:

Blood orange and coconut milkshake, Cara Cara orange, cookies, pate de fruit

Quince caramel apple crisp, spiced struesel, butter pecan ice cream

Dark chocolate panna cotta, smoked almond milk jam, salted almond crumble
