Reservations available from 5pm to 9:30pm

 

Lark will be offering a prix fixe, four course menu with a selection of decadent offerings in honor of Valentine's Day. We would love to have you join us on this special night. Reservations can be made using  Open Table or by calling Lark at (206) 323 - 5275. Please note, the regular Lark menu will not be available on February 14.

 

First course, choice of:

Kusshi oysters, served raw with pickled chile mignonette

 

Kale and frisée salad with goat cheese, Valencia almonds, and garnacha vinaigrette 

 

Foie gras torchon with quince gelée and cocoa buckwheat cake ($10 supplement)

 

Fontina and white cheddar fondue with charred croutons, mortadella, and green apple

 

Second course, choice of:

Burrata triangoli with capers, Meyer lemon, parsley, and Parmigiano- Reggiano

 

Potato gnocchi with baby artichoke, olives, fried rosemary, and puttanesca sauce

 

Egg yolk risotto with black truffle, 63-degree pheasant egg, maitake mushroom

 

Third course, choice of:

Cauliflower a la plancha with caper raisin emulsion, pine nut cauliflower “couscous,” harissa vinaigrette, and herb salad

 

Daurade, lemongrass consommé, rice cake, Alaskan spot prawn, Thai basil, and green papaya

 

Wagyu hanger steak with aligot potatoes, caramelized carrots, and smoked bone marrow Bordelaise sauce (add a slice of Pleasant View Farm foie gras $10)

 

Dessert, choice of:

Coconut and Makrut lime sorbet with blood orange, lime granita, and macadamia cookie crumble

 

Tres leches cake with candied pecans, cold brew espuma, and tangerine ice cream

 

Cinnamon sugar churros with Oaxcan chocolate and mezcal caramel bananas
