A Taste of Spring

To celebrate the end of winter Lark is offering a three course seasonal menu for ten days in April: an appetizer, main course and dessert for $49 per person.  Gather a group of friends, dine out and bid winter gloom farewell! Reservations for our Taste of Spring seasonal menu, April 7-18, can be made online or by calling Lark at (206) 323-5275.  Please note that this special menu will not be available Fridays or Saturdays. Our regular menu will be available each evening.

First Course

Coppa salami, pickled peppers, arugula, grilled bruschetta


Spring greens and fennel salad, lemon herb vinaigrette, radish, goat cheese toast


Chilled asparagus soup, smoked yogurt, farro migas, fiddlehead fern


Second Course 

Weathervane scallops, green garlic, peas, green chickpeas, pancetta


Grilled pork chop, crispy potatoes, chard, green garlic chimichurri


Einka bucatini, grilled asparagus, wild mushrooms, 63 degree egg, nettles, Pecorino


Dessert course

Chocolate peanut butter pavé, cocoa nib crunch, honey cremeux, banana brulee


Cornmeal olive oil cake, cardamom, rhubarb mascarpone ice cream, 

sunflower seed brittle 


 Grapefruit sorbet, coconut tapioca, Cara Cara orange, shiso
