Lark is welcoming fall with a special three course menu that showcases the bounty of the season. Gather a group of friends and dine out to celebrate autumn! Lark’s full menu will also be available during these dates.  Please note the special menu is not available on Friday or Saturday. Reservations are recommended, call 206.323.5275, or visit our website to book a table.

The Taste of Autumn menu is as follows:


First Course

Roasted Bone Marrow with raclette toast, grain mustard sauce, and watercress


Kale and Apple Salad with pistachio green goddess dressing


Tomato Coriander Soup with coriander chutney yogurt and Dungeness crab


Second Course 

Kurobuta Pork Chop with grilled cabbage, marble potatoes, and pickled mustard seed


Fried Squid with Venetian black rice, squid ink aioli, lemon, and chiles


Cocoa Cassarecce with smoked mushrooms, butternut squash, and house ricotta


Dessert Course

Apple Tarte Tatin with Calvados caramel and creme fraiche ice cream


Chai Coffee Cake with caramel sauce and buckwheat pecan crumble


Grape Red Wine Sorbet with black pepper meringue and persimmon
