Seattle Restaurant Week, October 15 - November 2

Lark will particpate in Seattle Restaurant Week, Sundays through Thursdays, October 15-November 2. A three course dinner for only $33? What a deal! Here's the special menu we'll be offering, in addition to our regular dinner menu.

 

APPETIZER

Huitlacoche and queso fresco fondue, radish, escabeche, grilled bread

Or

Roasted beet, fennel and Treviso salad with ricotta salata, walnut vinaigrette

Or

Beef tongue steamed buns, fermented black bean, kimchee, maitake mushroom

 

MAIN

Rainbow trout, lemon almond couscous, oil cured olives, za’atar yogurt, harissa

or

Boneless beef shortrib, Anson Mills white grits, pickled green tomato, red eye gravy

or

Carrot cavatelli, herb pesto, pine nuts, delicata squash, whipped chevre, chanterelles

 
DESSERT

Cookies and cream semifreddo, chocolate cookie crumble, peanut brittle, Theo hot fudge sauce

 Cranberry and King apple crisp, pecan streusel and sour cream ice cream
