Seattle Restaurant Week, April 2-19

Lark will be participating in Seattle Restaurant Week, offering a three course dinner for just $33! This menu will be available Sundays - Thursday, April 2 - 19.

 

STARTER

La Quercia n’djua, grilled flatbread, green chickpeas, basil, mint

Or

Watercress, fennel and endive salad, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, capers, olive oil croutons

Or

Chilled asparagus soup, smoked yogurt, farro migas, fiddlehead fern

 

MAIN 

Alaskan pollock with creamy lentils, bacon, scallion and red wine sauce

Or
Carlton pork tenderloin,  Anson Mills grits, red cabbage kim chee, black BBQ sauce

Or

Mustard spatzle, grilled asparagus, wild mushrooms, 63 degree egg, sorrel

 

DESSERT 

Brown sugar caramel cake, pecan praline, chicory cafe au lait creameux, Theo chocolate sauce

Or

 Vanilla mascarpone semifreddo, cornmeal olive oil cake, rhubarb, powdered olive oil

Or

Coconut lime sorbet, passionfruit, basil meringue, chile mango, basil seeds
