We are looking forward to a very special night with Chef John Sundstrom and Lark's wine director, Jennifer O'Neil. Expect the best early summer ingredients, our favorite rosé wines, and wonderful conversation on wines and pairing. Guest will have the opportunity to purchase the featured wines at the end of the evening. Reservations are required, please call Lark at 206.323.5275 to reserve. The menu for the evening is as follows:


Fried Oysters with Meyer lemon and lovage aioli

Pissaladiere with caramelized onions, black olive, and anchovy

Deviled Egg with crispy chicken skin and chives


First Course: 

Neah Bay Halibut with spring onion soubise and spicy Dungeness crab sauce 


Second Course: 

Wild Chinook Salmon with fava bean, radish, and pea succotash


Third Course:

Jidori Chicken with crispy potatoes, morels, cream, and garlic scapes



Cherry Clafouti with lemon custard sauce and hazelnut crumble
