Robert Burns Supper 1/19

Lark is thrilled to be partnering with Whateverandeveramen for our 7th annual Robert Burns Supper. This will be a festive night of performance and song, celebrating the Scottish poet Robert Burns. We'll serve a Scottish-inspired menu, a special Scotch Ale from Naked City Brewing, plus a wee dram. Tickets can be purchased here - this evening always sells out so don't delay!


Smoked arctic char, dill, dark rye, roe butter

Pork country pate with currant jelly

Creamed mushroom and kale tartlet


First Course 

Razor clam chowder, celery root, leeks, black truffle


Second course 

Snoqualmie Valley lamb tasting: chop, shoulder pave and haggis 

with neeps and tatties 


Vegetarian: Black lentil ragout, roasted maitake mushrooms, caramelized carrots



Sticky toffee date pudding, candied hazelnuts, Meyer lemon cream



Briar Rose Maia (cow), Mopsy’s Best blue (sheep) 

 & Oakleaf smoked tomme (goat) with oatcrackers and honeycomb
