Lark is thrilled to be collaborating with whateverandeveramen for our fifth annual Burns Night Dinner.  Join us for a night of Scottish-inspired food and song, the poetry and music of Robert Burns, and celebratory Scotch ale brewed by Naked City Brewing. Tickets can be purchased here

 

Reception:

Smoked Arctic char tartine, dark rye, horseradish cream

Venison and pork pate with pickled wild huckleberries

Black trumpet mushroom, kale and goat cheese crostini

 

First:

Cock a leekie soup: organic chicken confit, butter-braised leeks, butternut squash

 

Second:

Lamb tasting: chop, braised shank and haggis with neeps and tatties 

Or

Vegetarian: Roasted mushrooms, braised romaine, parsley oil, black truffle cream

 

Dessert:

Whiskey currant bread pudding, vanilla custard sauce, hazelnut crunch

 

Cheese:

Geitenstee Extra Belegen, Ewe’s Blue, and Keen’s cheddar with oat crackers
