Lark is partnering with Cascadia Truffles for a special dinner highlighting the charms of local truffles. Fruity on the nose with notes of black cherry, amaretto, and vanilla and earthy on the palate, Pacific Northwest truffles pair beautifully with a wide range of food and drink. Join us for this luxurious dinner, and If you'd like a hands-on experience, choose the truffle foray add-on. Forager Sunny Diaz, her award-winning truffle hunting dog Stella and  Chef John Sundstrom will take a small group of diners on a forage in the afternoon before dinner.
