New Year's Eve Dinner

$125 per person, wine pairing $55 per person

 

Kick off 2018 with a sumptuous meal of winter dishes. Lark will not be serving our regular dinner menu on New Year's Eve, just the following prix fixe menu. Please call us to make reservations at 206-323-5275.

 

First Course:

Stellar Bay oysters, Champagne air, Castlevetrano olive relish

or

Hamachi crudo with grapefruit, orange, aguachile, micro radish, Fresno chili

or

Shaved beets, muhamarra, pomegranate, molasses, persimmon, pearl onions za’atar

or

Crème Fraîche pommes de terre, 63-degree egg, paddlefish caviar, brioche, chive

 ($10 supplement)

 

Second Course:

Burrata with Castlefranco radicchio, sauce gribiche, tender herbs, olive oil croutons

or

Risotto nero with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, spot prawn, manila clams, maitake mushrooms

or  

Salish Sea uni, Japanese milk bun, avocado, toasted garlic ponzu, tsukemono

 

Third Course:

Butternut squash & ricotta cappelletti, brown butter emulsion, apple, fried salsify, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano

or

Striped Bass, polenta taragna, romanesco, mushroom sott’olio, fennel, bagna cauda

or

Venison loin with pommes Anna, black kale, black garlic emulsion, red wine sauce

(Substitute Snake River Ranch Zabuton steak for $15 supplement)

 

Dessert:

Meyer lemon meringue pie flambé, macadamia nut, pomegranate, brown butter snow

or

Boozy hot cocoa with Bourbon, maple marshmallows, snickerdoodle biscotti, smoked lardo “Oreo” macaroons

Banana cake, chocolate cookie crumble, vanilla bean pineapple, whipped mascarpone, lace tuile
