New Year's Eve at Lark

$120 per person


We will be serving a prix fixe dinner perfect for celebrating New Year's Eve. If your festivities call for making multiple stops, consider paying a visit to our upstairs bar, Bitter/Raw at the beginning of your night. A raw bar platter laden with pristine crab, oysters and crudo would be the perfect kick off. Lark will only be serving the prix fixe menu on the 31st, not our usual dinner menu. The regular Bitter/Raw menu will be available at the bar.

First course, choice of:

Stellar Bay Oysters with finger lime and Champagne mignonette

Roasted Beet Salad with black pepper-mint yogurt, pomegranate, Marcona almonds, and Einka croutons

Seared Pleasant View Farm Foie Gras with caramelized quince, pain d’epice, and crispy chicken skin ($10 supplement)

Potato Buckwheat Blini with clabber cream, chives, and smoked Ikura caviar (American White sturgeon caviar, $15 supplement)


Second, choice of:

Burrata with mâche, frisée, truffle vinaigrette, and olive oil croutons

Yellowtail Crudo with grapefruit, yuzu kosho, lemon oil, scallion, and fried ginger 

Sunchoke Soup with Manchego crema, sunchoke chips, and jamon Iberico (add Alaskan spot prawns, $10 supplement)


Third, choice of:

Truffled Ricotta Gnocchi with black kale, hedgehog mushrooms, and crispy Parmigiano-Reggiano 

Arctic Char with parsnip purée, parsnip bark, smoked butter, and maple bacon

Blue Cheese Roasted Beef Tenderloin with horseradish pommes Dauphine, Brussels sprouts. and red wine sauce  (add a slice of seared Pleasant View Farm foie gras, $10 supplement)


Dessert, choice of:

Meyer Lemon Parfait with Meyer lemon jus, kumquat vanilla bean preserve, and citrus lace cookie

Bartlett Pear Tart with caramelized quince, chai cremeux, and salted almond crumble

Cookies and Cream Pavé with chocolate cookie crumble and mint chocolate ice cream
