New Year's Eve at Lark

Lark will be celebrating the end of the year with a special menu on New Year's Eve. Dinner will be four courses, $115 per person.  Please give us a call at (206) 323-5275 to make reservations or visit Open Table. Please note that we will not be serving the regular Lark menu on New Year's Eve, just this special prix fixe menu.

First Course

Kushhi oysters, served raw, finger lime, Champagne mignonette


Curly endive salad with pomegranate, candied hazelnuts 

and Brillat Savarin triple cream cheese crouton


Seared Pleasant View Farm foie gras, caramelized quince, crispy chicken skin

 ($10 supplement)


 Rosti potatoes with clabber cream, chives and smoked Ikura caviar

(American White sturgeon caviar, $15 supplement)


Second Course 

Burrata with mache, frisee, truffle vinaigrette and olive oil croutons


Yellowtail crudo with fennel, preserved lemon and green olive 


Artichoke heart soup with Meyer lemon crème fraiche

(Alaskan spot prawns, $8 supplement)


Third Course

Ricotta gnudi with baby spinach, black truffle butter, and Parmigiano Reggiano 


Weathervane scallops with Brussels sprout leaves, smoked butter, rye crumble


Wagyu hanger steak with Pommes de terre Robuchon, roasted shallot syrah sauce (add a slice of Pleasant View Farm foie gras $10)



Meyer lemon parfait with Meyer lemon jus, kumquat preserve and citrus lace cookie


 Bartlett pear tarte tatin with Calvados caramel and vanilla bean ice cream


 Theo dark chocolate panna cotta with pretzel crumble, cocoa nibs

and salted caramel ice cream
