The menu for the evening is as follows:


First Course:

Stellar Bay Oysters with finger limes and Champagne mignonette


Roasted Beet and Blood Orange Salad with za’atar yogurt, pomegranate, and pistachio


Seared Pleasant View Farm Foie Gras with caramelized quince, pain d’épices, and crispy chicken skin ($10 supplement)


Potato Buckwheat Blini with clabber cream, chives, and smoked ikura salmon caviar (add American white sturgeon caviar $15 supplement)


Second Course:

Burrata with mâche, frisée, truffle vinaigrette, and olive oil croutons


Yellowtail Crudo with grapefruit, yuzu kosho, lemon oil, scallion, and fried ginger 


Sunchoke Soup with Parmigiano crema, sunchoke chips, and prosciutto

(add Alaskan spot prawns $10 supplement)


Third Course:

Truffled Potato Gnocchi with black kale, hedgehog mushrooms, and pecorino crisp 


Daurade with artichokes barigoule, fennel, black olive, and lemon olive oil emulsion


Blue Cheese Roasted Beef Tenderloin with horseradish, pommes Dauphine, 

Brussels sprouts, and red wine sauce (add seared Pleasant View Farm foie gras $10 supplement)



Meyer Lemon Parfait with Meyer lemon jus, kumquat vanilla bean preserve, and citrus lace cookie


Caramelized Quince Tarte Tatin with chai cremeux and salted almond crumble


Cookies and Cream Semifreddo with chocolate cookie crumble and mint chocolate ice cream
