Seared Pleasant View Farm foie gras with quince and caramelized onion tatin

Rosti potatoes with clabber cream, chives and steelhead caviar

Second Course
Burrata with arugula, truffle vinaigrette and olive oil croutons
Yellowtail crudo with fennel, preserved lemon and green olive
Sunchoke soup with truffled sunchoke chips

Third Course
Ricotta gnudi with artichokes Barigoule, black olive and Parmigiano Reggianno
Alaskan spot prawns with Jamon Iberico, Coco beans, smoked paprika prawn jus
Wagyu hanger steak with Pommes de terre Robuchon, roasted shallot syrah sauce (add a slice of Pleasant View Farm foie gras $10)
Meyer lemon parfait with Meyer lemon jus, kumquat and finger lime jewels
Theo dark chocolate pavé with salted caramel toffee ice cream
