Pizza with fennel sausage, red onion, chiles, Pecorino

Burrata with Billy’s tomatoes, olive oil croutons and arugula

 Little Gem lettuce salad with goat cheese, black olives and garnacha vinaigrette



3rd course


Iberico pork pressa with almond romescu sauce, haricot verte and pimenton

Wild sockeye with corn, pepper and sweet onion ragout

Blue Bird Grains farro with Summer squash, fried garlic and mascarpone


Romano beans with almonds, lemon and brown butter (side per Table)

Roasted, smashed Olsen’s potatoes with dill (side per Table)
