Join us for a night of education and feasting in celebration of wild mushrooms, an autumn highlight in the Pacific Northwest. Wild food enthusiast Langdon Cook will talk about different mushroom varieties and tell stories from his book The Mushroom Hunters, an account of the colorful foraging subculture. The four course meal will feature different varieties of local mushrooms, each course paired with wine. Whether you forage your own or buy wild mushrooms at your local farmers market this dinner will inspire you.


Rabbit rillettes, pickled chanterelle, grain mustard

First Course 

Spot prawn, hamachi and clam nabemono, matsutake mushrooms, negi, lotus root

Second Course

Bison sirloin, wild rice polenta, charred radicchio, porcini cacciatore

Chai coffee cake, buckwheat pecan crumble, madrona bark ice cream
