Devour! and Dinner at Lark
Devour!, the world's largest food film festival, is bringing a taste of their offerings to Seattle. On Thursday, June 4 the Nova Scotia-based festival will 'pop-up' at 12th Avenue Arts and Lark, with a lobster and wine tasting, a selection of food centric films, and dinner inspired by the feature documentary The Empire of Scents. Please join us for this special night of Nova Scotian lobster and fine film.

The dinner menu, inspired by the film Le nez/ The Empire of Scents:
L’Acadie vine smoked blue rainbow trout rillette, brioche toast and green juniper crumble
Hamachi crudo with garlic scapes, fried garlic, seaweed and dashi vinaigrette
Pan roasted sea scallops with peas, bacon, asparagus
and morel mushrooms
Ricotta lemon agnolotti with sugar snap peas, smoked butter and Parmigiano Reggianno
Eton Mess: Castel poached rhubarb, local strawberries, baked meringue and whipped cream
