Christmas Eve Supper at Lark

Gather family and friends for Christmas Eve dinner at Lark, a celebratory evening full of good food and cheer. We will serve three courses with an optional wine pairing. Reservations are highly encouraged. Please call us at (206) 323-5275 or visit our website to reserve your table.

The menu for the evening is as follows:

 

First Course:

Kusshi Oysters with green apple and Tieton cider mignonette

or

Pear and Endive Salad with roasted walnuts, pomegranate vinaigrette, and Rogue smokey blue cheese

or

Parsnip and Chestnut Soup with brown butter chestnuts

or 

Seared Foie Gras with sugar pumpkin, ruby port sauce, and duck crackling ($15 supplement)

 

Second Course:

Arctic Char with caramelized sunchokes, sunchoke puree, and Meyer lemon salsa verde

or

Buckwheat Trottole with venison bacon ragu, cipollini onion, and charred cabbage

or

Wagyu Hanger Steak with yam gratin, black kale, and smoked bone marrow bordelaise

or

Blue Bird Grains Farro Gnocchi with red wine braised salsify and local black truffles

 

Dessert Course:

Red Wine Quince Sorbet with cardamom chiffon cake and candied cranberry

or

Pear Tarte Tatin with Calvados caramel and crème fraîche gelato

or

Theo Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème with coffee cream, pretzel crumble, and peanut brittle
