Christmas Eve Supper  

We'll be offering a 3 course holiday-inspired menu and closing a bit early, so we can all get home to deck the halls (or simply to wrap gifts). 5:00 to 8:00 pm     

$65 per person; drinks, tax and gratuity additional.

First Course


Kusshi oysters on the half shell with green apple mignonette 


Pear and endive salad with candied walnuts, pomegranate vinaigrette

 and Fourme d'Ambert tartine


Sweet dumpling squash soup with fried rosemary 

and vintage Cougar Gold cheese twist


Seared Pleasant View Farm foie gras with quince preserve  

and crispy chicken skin ($15 supplement)


Second Course


Apple cider glazed pork cheeks, celery root, apple and chestnut


Wagyu hanger steak with smoked pommes de terre Robuchon,

Brussels sprouts and horseradish


Blue Bird Grains farro with red wine salsify, Black trumpet mushrooms

and truffled mascarpone


Dessert course

Mascarpone cheesecake with lemon curd, blood orange sorbet and graham crumble


 Pear upside down cake with rum caramel and vanilla bean ice cream


 Theo dark chocolate panna cotta with salted almond streusel and coffee cream
