Christmas Eve Dinner at Lark

Join us for Christmas Eve dinner, a celebratory night of festive dishes and good cheer. Please call us at (206) 323-5275 to make your reservation. We will only be serving this special menu on the 24th, not our usual dinner menu.

 

Christmas Eve Dinner

Saturday December 24th, 2016

$70 per person

Seatings available from 5pm to 9 pm

 

First Course, choice of:

Stellar Bay oysters with sparkling cider mignonette, Granny Smith apple

Cara Cara and blood orange salad with watercress salad, pomegranate vinaigrette & Explorateur triple cream crouton

Celery root soup with bacon, scallops, apple and brown butter chestnut

Pleasant View Farm foie gras pave, quince gelee, hazelnuts, spice cookie crumble ($10 supplement)

 

Second Course, choice of:

Weathervane scallops, roasted sunchokes, Meyer lemon, yuzu kosho salsa verde

Herbed chitarra, Aspen Hollow lamb sugo, truffled Pecorino smoked pan grattato

Roast duck breast, savory figgy pudding, caramelized carrots, chard crisps, brandy jus

Yam gnocchi with delicata squash, Black trumpet mushrooms & black truffle fonduta

 

Dessert course, choice of:

Warm persimmon cake with brandy hard sauce, spiced walnuts & lemon cream

Quince tarte tatin with Calvados caramel, Pfeffernusse cookie crumble & vanilla bean ice cream

Cookies and cream chocolate pave, candy cane, peppermint chocolate ice cream & chocolate cookie 

Pomegranate sorbet with blood orange, grapefruit gelee & Balsamic meringue
