Christmas Eve Dinner at Lark

Upholding a Lark tradition, we will be celebrating the holidays with a special dinner on Christmas Eve. Gather family and friends and join us for this special night. The three course dinner is $75/person, and reservations may be made on Open Table or by calling Lark at (206)323-5275. Please note that we will not be serving our regular menu on Christmas Eve, only this special prix fixe menu.

First Course

Stellar Bay oysters with aji amarillo mignonette, pickled apple


Pear, endive and watercress salad with candied hazelnuts, pomegranate vinaigrette 

and blue cheese crouton


Apple, celery root and chestnut soup with brown butter chestnuts


 Pleasant View foie gras torchon, kumquat vanilla bean preserve, cocoa brioche

 ($15 supplement)


Second Course 

Weathervane scallops, caramelized sunchokes, Meyer lemon, yuzu kosho salsa verde


Black pepper-cocoa cavatelli, braised venison, cipollinni agro dolce, 

smoked pan grattato


Wagyu hanger steak with pommes de terre Robuchon, 

Brussels sprouts, bacon and red wine sauce 

(add a slice of Pleasant View Farm foie gras, $15 supplement)


Potato gnocchi with delicata squash, Black trumpet mushrooms 

and black truffle fonduta


Dessert course

Mascarpone cheesecake with Sugar pie pumpkin, brown butter

and Pfeffernusse cookie


 Bartlett pear tarte tatin with Calvados caramel and vanilla bean ice cream


 Theo dark chocolate panna cotta, white chocolate crema, candy cane,

  chocolate cookie crumble


Pomegranate sorbet with blood orange, grapefruit gelee and Balsamic meringue
