The Beauties of Burgundy Wine Dinner

$120 per person, including tax and gratuity

We had such a wonderful time at our sold out rosé dinner earlier this summer that wine director Jennifer O'Neill has decided to make these dinners a series. Next up will be an exploration of the wines of Burgundy paired with a multi-course, French-inspired meal. Bottles will be available for purchase at the end of the evening. Call Lark at 206-323-5275 to make a reservation; we'll ask for a credit card number to hold your spot. This will be a memorable night! The menu for the evening is as follows:


Pork rillons with Dijon mustard

Morvan buckwheat crepe, first of the season apple, Comte

Basil fed snail and spinach tart


First Course: 

Warm crottin, Billy’s tomatoes, charred crouton, ham terrine


Second Course: 

Golden trout, crayfish, La Ratte potatoes, black truffle crayfish cream


Third Course:

Venison loin, elderberry, chanterelle mushroom, red onion agro dolce



Charollais, Brillat Savarin, Bresse Blue , grilled figs, roasted walnut


For the table:

Brown butter pain d’epice madeleines, eau de vie caramel sauce
