Lark is thrilled to be partnering with Whateverandeveramen for our 6th annual Robert Burns Supper. This will be a festive night of performance and song, celebrating the Scottish poet Robert Burns. We'll serve a Scottish-inspired menu, a special Scotch Ale from Naked City Brewing, plus a wee dram. Tickets can be purchased here, and here is the full menu:


Smoked Olympic Oyster with dark rye and horseradish butter

Wild boar pate with kumquat vanilla bean preserve

Creamed mushroom and kale tarlet


Parsnip, Apple and Chestnut Soup with partridge confit, smoked maple, and crispy parsnip



Lamb Tasting: chop, shoulder pave, and haggis with neeps and tatties 


Vegetarian: potato dumplings, grilled broccolini, sheep’s milk cheese, and black truffle



Sticky Toffee Date Pudding with crème fraîche gelato and candied walnut



Briar Rose Damona (cow), Moppy’s Best Blue (sheep) and Oakleaf Smoked Tomme (goat) served with oat crackers and honeycomb
